She is patient, and thorough in her lessons. She took time every class to pray for us and ask how we did with the homework. She showed personal interest in each of her students, making sure we were doing well, both in life and in class, making her stand out as a kind and thoughtful teacher. It was always easy to get ahold of her outside of class via email: I had several times throughout the year where I was unable to attend class, and she was understanding and even allowed me to schedule a Spanish oral exam months in advance to fit around my schedule. Overall, Señora Phillips was an amazing teacher and I would highly recommend her classes to anyone who wants to learn Spanish.
